The KAGRO Building on 101 W North Ave in Baltimore is a brutalist structure that has fallen into disrepair. After a survey of the surrounding environment, I chose to bring an H Mart to a neighborhood that would benefit from access to cheaper, quality groceries and produce while simultaneously catering to students with international backgrounds who live and attend school nearby. In this proposed reuse of the building, a series of supergraphics featuring themes familiar to Baltimoreans were developed to invite both curious and loyal shoppers.
